• All account management functionalities require an active account. Users will need to input specific identifying details to complete bill payments or report outages. Alternatively, they can log in using their SMECO Account Manager credentials.
• PAY YOUR BILL
  Easily make secure payments using your credit card, debit card, or bank account by providing your account number and zip code. For enhanced security, payment information is not retained within the app.
• REPORT YOUR OUTAGE
  Reporting outages and receiving real-time updates is simplified through SMECO's app. Users can also access the outage map, which typically displays information on the number of affected customers, crew status, and estimated restoration time. Moreover, SMECO uses this platform to issue news releases during widespread outages or in anticipation of weather-related disruptions.
